Shipping policy

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you will see at checkout. 

All in store orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There are potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer USPS flat rate shipping within the United States. 

In-store pickup

There is also free local pickup at the store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an text/ email when your order is ready, please have your order number. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@cottoncandykidz.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
