Refund policy

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Items may be returned for full refund (minus shipping costs) within 7 days of purchase date for in store, 14 days for online orders.

Discounted/sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

Returned items must have no visible signs of damage, wear, wash or use

Cotton Candy Kidz is not responsible for damages made by the carrier during transit, but will work with customer to file a claim

If past the acceptable return window timeframe but item is approved to be returned, a store credit may be given and decided by store manager

All personalized/ embroidered items are final sale. If there are any issues with quality or if what you received is different then what was expected or ordered, we will gladly correct and remake the item.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps: Forward your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return and the reason to contact@cottoncandykidz.com. 

Once received and inspected, the customer will receive a refund by initial payment or if past the refund window a store credit will be given. If online, expect 2-3 business days. It is not guaranteed the customer will receive a full refund if the item does not pass the inspection or if the item is damaged, the customer will be notified and they can chose to receive the item back at their own shipping cost.
